Roos Taqueria

The food was so delicious and the green sauce was my favorite - so flavorful and authentic. The service was great too. Love that it is a family owned restaurant!!

The menu pics do not do the food justice! We had carne asada and carne asada nachos and they did not disappoint. Asked for jalapeños and they were homemade in vinegar and super delicious. Plus Edith was fantastic!

We don't make it to Lexington very often. We're in town for a graduation. Asked around and heard that Roos Taquerua was the place to go. Was clean enough. Not the biggest place, but were able to get seated easily. Food was awesome!! Cost was reasonable. Wish this place was closer so we could eat here more frequently.

We had the chicken and beef asada tacos and they live up to their ranking! The red hot sauce for the tacos was tasty, but VERY hot. The green tomatillo sauce was not got at all and had good flavor. The restaurant was busy and the service was excellent.
