Some what helpful, called about 2pm about a value change on a 20# tank not an issue. 3pm no one around accept for woman in the office and a man in the warehouse. Needed a value changed on a 20# tank no one could handle it. Oh will some times you win and some times you don't. Had to come back. 2nd time everything went great, no issues.
