Roni's Mac Bar - Auburn

Amazing place to get food late at night. I wanted to go here with some friends and get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Gouda and cheddar mac & cheese with pulled pork, bacon, broccoli, and Parmesan. (not to mention the extra cheese) after about 10 minutes of waiting I got my mac & cheese and it tasted amazing. The ordering process was pretty simple and straightforward. Definitely would recommend this place for late Friday and Saturday nights.

This is the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had!! Definitely recommend!! I’ve watched their videos on YouTube for years and was so excited when I saw this location open in Auburn! So glad I finally got to try it, definitely worth the wait. The staff were wonderful too! I have a small gluten intolerance and got the gluten free Mac but still wanted to grilled chicken that has gluten in it. The staff made sure I was aware of this when I picked up my order. I really appreciated that!

A Glorious Cheesy Coma in Auburn Nestled in the heart of Auburn ... ahem, university town, as my college kid politely corrected me ... this place is "college-y" and I think exactly what you’d expect if someone said, “What if we weaponized comfort food and made it ridiculously awesome?” It's kind of like if Chipotle and the Dairy association had a baby. Let’s start with a fun fact: I had the honor of chatting with the owner, who casually dropped that this is the first & only Roni's east of the Mississippi. That’s right. Out of about 15 franchise locations, Auburn is the chosen one. Someone give that person a key to the city. Now, onto the edible joy. Best Mac and cheese ever! Also had one with seasoned chicken it was great too! Only complaint is PARKING...AND if you all want to drink water they give 1 free water the rest have to buy a drink..ive been in restaurant business many years before and never seen that rule...INSTEAD CHARGE .50 FOR ALL CUPS WATER...Looks petty and ODD to say 1 water free rest have to buy drinks...saw sign on wall...Great mac cheese. Order at kiosk they call your name its on a TV screen showing updates

Great spot for lunch! So many varieties of Mac and cheese and grilled cheese. We loved it! So good!!
