Customer Reviews
The sushi was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality. The cocktails were just as impressive — creative, perfectly balanced, and dangerously delicious. Definitely order at least one (or two!). And whatever you do, don’t skip the wasabi whipped potatoes. They are a MUST-TRY. Creamy with just the right kick of wasabi — such a unique and unforgettable side dish. From the food to the drinks to the overall vibe, everything was top-notch.
This may be my new favorite sushi place in the area! While it was super busy, our wait for a table for 2 was 15-20 minutes. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels upscale, without feeling too high end. It was a pretty cramped space, as they have a lot of tables all in a small area. Their menu is very extensive and their food is incredible. The miso soup was very flavorful and worth the price. All the sushi we got was incredibly fresh. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients. We also got mochi (which I don’t like!) and I loved it. Amazing place, with great staff and lovely food.
The food was good—especially the sticky rice and the Cha Cha roll. What was off-putting, though, was how close the tables are to each other. It feels like the restaurant prioritizes maximum capacity at the expense of personal space. You can clearly see and feel how tight the seating is, to the point where you’re almost in everyone else’s personal space in the main dining area. It felt a bit odd, and the experience would be much more enjoyable and intimate if the seating were spaced out more. The lighting is also on the darker side, giving the interior a very dim atmosphere.
Ronin is busy and bustling and it's clear why once you stop in. The decor feels elevated and gives a big city vibe in a small town. The happy hour is a deal! Great prices on drinks and sushi rolls and neither leave you disappointed. We had the Mountain Dew roll and I'd order it again and again. The wrap shares the color of it's namesake but it a bit more elevated.
Every time I come to Ronin it’s a wonderful experience. The food is always good and the service is great. The only complaint I have is it tends to be crowded which then makes it a bit more difficult to have a conversation during dinner. Which is a guess a good problem for a restaurant to have. The menu has a good variety and I honestly have not had an item I haven’t enjoyed.
