Romeo's Pizza

I'm not really sure what went on in the kitchen for things like this to slide, The wings were burnt to a crisp and not sauced, the deep dish pizza we ordered was way undercooked with the dough still being raw in the center and onions being raw still. This will be the only time I try this romeos, the Amherst location and Westlake location would never serve food this bad. Little Ceasars would've been better. 👎

Cheese breadsticks were lacking cheese and Italian seasoning. They were just bland-dry breadsticks. They forgot to give me the extra pizza sauce I paid for which we could have used for these dry breadsticks. Pizza was OK but overall the food didn't match up with the price.

What a disappointment i cant believe how small this is an i got 3 an they where all the same (not just for me ) i have gotten these before an they where twice the size i will never back to the one in avon you should go to as different location

I've noticed that a lot of the reviews are frustrated with the professionalism of the people that take the phone calls or managers I am here to also reassure that the validity of all of those other reviews are correct.. now I will say this when I called about a pizza today it was a little bit later than normal I overslept I was hungry I am also disabled the reason why I say that is because when I called about my pizza being a little bit late just wanted to make sure it was on the way because I needed to eat because of my disability it was kind of met with somebody who was a little bit rude and then asked if I looked outside now no I hadn't because a I slept and I hadn't poked my head out the door… I really wish that whoever is running that place would be a little more empathetic with peopl

This used to be our go to pizza place, but hadn't ordered from them for quite a while. Online ordering was easy, however the pick-up and food was not good. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, at times just looking around like they were lost. No order seemed to be ready on time while I waited, the ovens were backed up causing overcooked food to come out, and no one seemed to be doing anything with any speed or purpose. After then finally finding my order on the computer and me waiting around for 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I had to ask if my order was done because they were just (slowly) putting up others but no one was checking them or passing them out. It was ready, and had been sitting on the shelf for about 5 minutes. While the food wasn't terrible, it
