Roma's Bakery & Deli

I needed to pick up a last minute breakfast for executives. As I was driving through Woburn Center, I saw the lights were on at the bakery. V was incredibly helpful and put together a nice breakfast for our executives. It is clean inside and they have a great variety.

This is my second time here, and I loved their fresh bread. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but it was super cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. They ask if you want to eat in or take out, even though it doesn't seem like a friendly place to eat. There were no napkins while I was eating, and I looked around but couldn't find any. There's a wash sink but no paper towels. The owner was chatting with an employee and saw me looking around but didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. After finishing my cold sandwich, I asked one of the ladies where I could throw away my trash, and she unhappily told me "inside," even though there wasn't a trash can inside. Their prices are pretty expensive, the service isn't great, and it's not at all friendly for eating in. It's like they're saying

AVOID this place if you struggle to pay your bills! Extremely EXPENSIVE! Ordered 6 cannolis and a small strawberry shortcake. The woman behind the counter said $72 dollars. I told her that's way too expensive for my wallet so no thanks. She snapped back at me saying" this isn't Stop &Shop! I will never go back. They are all about MONEY! Hey Owner I totally disagree with your response. You exaggerated the amount of people that could be fed. YOUR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS for everyday people to afford. May your GREED lead to you losing business. One more thing..The woman behind the counter was rude and arrogant.

Pizza was good and fresh. However, I receive 2 very, very old and stale pastries. They were inedible and a bit pricey. $6.95 for a Cookie Monster and $4.85 for a half moon. Neither was edible . I don’t live in the area so I reached out via their website but did not hear back regarding my experience. Beware.

The staff at Roma's bakery are some of the kindest people I have ever met! Their food is amazing and they always make you feel like family when you walk through their doors!
