Last night, I stopped by to get takeout, a steak and cheese and hand cut fries. I do not know who cooked my meal, but those were the best fries I have ever had, and the sub was phenomenal. I actually called the store after to say how great it was and to give compliments to the chef. Always a great experience and always great food, but was especially fantastic last night. Very well done!
Food was beyond delicious. Cooked perfectly. Service was great, we were checked on and making sure we had everything we needed. Kind attentive and funny! Prices are beyond reasonable. We were surprised it wasn’t more expensive especially after reading other reviews. Hmm those people must not dine out much. Great job we will be back !!
Food was good. However, if you like to play Keno and get paid when you win, do not eat in their lounge. I won $100 on busy evening and the manager would not pay me. I was told they had no money the cash register drawer because they do so much credit card business? Can you believe that? If that's the case Romanos should lose their NH Lottery licence. Just refused to pay me and it was only $100 prize. I emailed the owner. No response so I will file a complaint with the lottery commission.
Stopped by here on a whim and boy was I disappointed... Chicken fingers lacked any breading and what breading there was, was clumped together and barely held on. The fries were soggy and horribly seasoned. The sandwiches were just as bad if not worst, hard bread, limited meat... ask for ranch and BBQ sauce for the food and was told that they cost money, I always thought when you bought food, especially chicken fingers, it is customary to offer a dipping sauce, but clearly not here!
Tried the pizza here a few times hoping it would get better… nope.. floppy and undercooked. Do better. We even specificity selected “well done” which is an option they put on their website. 🤷🏻♂️
