Roma Sausage & Deli

I always look forward to stopping here for delicious sausage and Tomato Pie. Never a disappointment !!

I was excited to try Roma’s tomato pie because so many people rave about it. I had to get a whole pie because no slices were available. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and disgusting. The sauce had a VERY sour/bitter taste to it, that was also super sweet. Maybe like soured milk or beer that was sitting in the sun for hours. It’s difficult to explain. Either way, it was inedible. I took one bite and spit it out. I had 8 other people try it and they had the same reaction. My husband and son were the only ones brave enough to eat a whole piece (they hate to waste food) and regretted it 30 minutes later. Thank goodness for 2 bathrooms! Idk if I got an old tomato pie that went bad…or if this was normal. I cannot recommend this.

Local, local, local... The best fresh Italian Sausage around! Nice meaty and tasty large sausage rings(and you pick the length). Lots to choose from here, but the sausage is the "bomb"! Great in a sauce or on a bbq too...Enjoy! Just did another shop( see pics ) at Roma's for more sausage: ring and bulk, and a jar of riggies sauce...You must try this place out!
