Rolo's Bakery

Rolos Bakery in Riverview, FL is a true Colombian gem and one of my favorite after-work treats. Even when I’m just grocery shopping in the same plaza, I can’t resist stopping by—why not? Their anytime breakfast menu is fantastic, and my go-to is the Huevos Pericos con Arepa—fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying. Everything here feels like a savory kind of candy… if that makes sense! What really completes the experience is the friendly service. The server/attendant is always welcoming, which adds to the warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Be warned though—once you try it, it might just become your new habit!

This is a great spot for delicious food. Our 2nd time here and both times they were very nice and the food was great. First time we had pastries and café con Leche. 2nd time we had the tamales as we noticed they were popular. The tamales were wonderful. As for the coffee. We have a Lelit espresso maker at home (if you know then you know what that means) and are pretty serious about coffee. They make a good cafe con Leche here. Beats burnt Starbucks coffee by a mile. Unless you like bitter super strong coffee the coffee is good. Overall a great little independent place with nice people and good food.

Wow prices are so fair and the quality is a 10 .. there should be a lot more people in here buying food if you want my opinion on this place, I would come every day. I didn’t even know that they were open. I had a bad experience at the Riverview market and I came here to try breakfast and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The prices are amazing. The food is amazing. The customer service is a 10 out of 10.

We happened to find this place while visiting friends in the Tampa area, and I have to say I felt like I was back in Colombia 🇨🇴! The service and food were so good and I could tell that everything was made fresh and made to order. Our favorites were the Caldo de Costilla, Tamal, and Pan de Queso. So so good 🤤
