🦀 Life-changing seafood boils! 🍤 My wife and I stumbled across Rolling Randy’s Bayou Boils when we saw a food truck advertising seafood boils—and since seafood boils are our all-time favorite, we had to try it. We were welcomed by Randy (the owner) and his son Michael, and right away you can tell this father-and-son duo truly loves what they do and takes pride in serving great food. We ordered the Lil Mama (1 lb of shrimp with potatoes, corn, garlic, and mushrooms) at spicy level: hot—and we were absolutely blown away. Hands down, this is the best seafood boil we’ve ever had. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and easy to peel, the potatoes, corn, and garlic were incredible, and the mushrooms… wow. Total flavor bombs.
