Rollin' Smoke Meats N Sweets

The folks at Rollin Smoke are some of the nicest you'll meet. They've been some of my favorite BBQ since I first tried them a few years back. Their normal menu is fantastic, but if you have a chance to get the burnt ends, you better run before they sell out. There's a reason they're the home of sold out bbq!

We’ve loved Rollin’ Smokes for quite some time so they were a perfect fit to cater wedding. Shawn and Renee are so kind and easy to work with. Their rates are very reasonable for as much as they provide. Our guests are still raving about the how good the food was!

Great bbq! Great value! Great people! Brisket is my favorite, but we have NEVER had a meal we didn't love!

I ordered the loaded fries (1 with pulled pork and 1 with brisket) the past two times I have gone and to say AMAZING doesn’t feel like a strong enough adjective. The fries are cooked (and seasoned) to perfection so they still have a nice little crunch on the outside with a soft center even though they are LOADED, the pulled pork and the brisket are moist and tender (definitely no dry meat here!) to the point the brisket just falls apart (😍), and all of the sauces that go on top of everything (u can choose which sauces u want or get everything like me😄) are good enough to eat with a spoon. And the portion size can definitely make more than 1 meal. Shawn and Renee are so friendly and willing to explain anything on the menu. Delicious food! I have the pleasure of having pulled pork and beef brisket at Weddings every Saturday. Rollin Smoke's food is superb. Quality food, Friendly Service. Nice Trailer. I highly recommend.
