Rollin Smoke BBQ and Catering

During my recent visit to Florida, I had the pleasure of attending the Florida Classic at an event catered by Rolling Smoke. The owner, Mr. Bivins, took the time to introduce himself and meticulously describe each dish he prepared. The smoke ribs were exceptionally well-crafted and left me craving more. I must admit that I only managed to consume one rib, as it was so tender that it effortlessly fell off the bone. This prompted me to make a substantial plate of the other delectable dishes being served. Among the offerings, the Neckbones stood out as a special creation. Not just any Neck Bones, but Rolling Smoke’s Neck Bones were exceptionally tender and infused with a flavorful braising sauce. Today(11/15/2025) they rolled out a new specialty item, the stuffed turkey leg. It had homemade cornbread dressing, Mac & cheese, and collard greens. The turkey leg was so moist and packed with flavor; the sides were on point as always. For $26, 2 people can eat and be full. See you next 3rd Saturday.

Great detour for lunch on the way to the Cape San Blas. The food truck is located just off the downtown square, plenty of room to park out RV. It has a covered patio with tables but was too hot to sit there and eat. We had the pulled pork sandwich with a couple of the sides. Pulled pork was tender, moist and had a delicious tomato based BBQ sauce! Potato salad was a true southern dish, sweet pickles and mayonnaise! Cole slaw was sweet and light on mayonnaise, very tasty! Service was fast! Highly recommend

Stopped by on our way back from Providence Canyon and we definitely chose the right spot. The lovely lady at the service window was nice enough to let me try a sample of the pulled pork and rib tips to help me decide. I went with the rib tips and my girlfriend got the catfish. It was delicious and instantly took me back to growing up in Georgia. We will 100% on our next trip through and I’m getting the pulled pork. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed.

I got the plate for $18.50. I couldn't believe how much food was on it. GREAT PP sandwich and ribs.
