Rolberto's Mexican Food

As the most authentic atmosphere you could ask for the food feels like home and I'm from California. I know what authentic food tastes like and this hits every taste bud that you were searching for. If you are willing to spend $40 at McDonald's for your family, you'd be amazed on how much food you get for $40 here I plan on having them host my wedding 10 out of 10 hands down. Best food ever. They're cheap. The portions are huge and it tastes like abuelita cooked it herself

This place was awesome, seriously! I grew up in California, and for the past fifteen years, I've been looking all over the Northwest for Mexican food that's as good as what we had back home. The carne asada fries and carne asada fries burrito were perfect, and they don't skimp on the meat. Even though I live an hour away, I'm definitely going back regularly. It's the best I've found in the Northwest after fifteen years here. The customer service was also great—a very nice lady took care of us and gave us all the hot sauce that we could ask for. Great job, Rolberto's!

Stopped by for a Cali burrito and a quesabirria taco, both were really good and huge portions. For sure will stop by anytime in Mountain Home!

Returning to Colorado from Boise this sweet spot came up on Google maps as a great place for our favorite. Roberto's did not disappoint. My chile relleno made from a fresh roasted poblano pepper was stuffed with cheese, dipped in a fluffy and light egg batter. The cheese enchilada was a classic wrapped in a nice thick and soft but not too soft corn tortilla. My partner had beed tacos Along with yummy rice and beans. We enjoyed the salsa variety Classic place and happy people.

I ordered a shredded beef burrito. Its a great tasting meat with bell peppers and three cheese on a homemade flour tortilla. The beans are great. The rice is so so. Definitely a great hole-in-the wall! Service was super fast.
