Very popular restaurant and for a good reason! The beer is fantastic, we enjoyed the vanilla porter and Hefeweizen. Enormous portions of the jägerschnitzel (served with sauerkraut and spätzle) and the brewer's mac'n'cheese. Our server Jasmyn was fantastic. We waited about 40 minutes for a table but the service was very fast. Great people working here. Plenty of parking. It gets pretty noisy at the bar area.
First time here and not our last Yelena was an excellent Server for our large table of 8. Perfect timing on the drinks and food. OMG we got a large Pretzel 🥨 for the table. Jeez that was good. The German dishes ordered (Schnitzel, Würst) were loved. My Beef on Weck was outstanding. Onion rings are oily so beware. There Octoberfest draft was nice and smooth. Everyone loved the desserts. We will be back and we will request YELENA as our Server.
I was on vacation from Florida visiting friends I haven't seen in over 40 years. Rochester is my hometown. For the first time in 36 years I had a beef on wick and it was delicious. A friend recommended their homemade blue cheese dressing. I'm not a fan of blue cheese dressing but their dressing is absolutely delicious. My sandwich was served with homemade chips. Blue cheese dressing what's a great dip for the chips. They also have a huge brewery inside. I highly recommend this restaurant.
My wife and I visited on a Saturday. I had a Red Wing bear and my wife had a Flaherty's. The beer was very good. The appetizer were the onion loops, which we feel they should've called them onion rings. They were okay. I had beer-battered fish fry with fries. The fish was good. My wife had the Brautwurst, jalapeño cole slaw, saurkraut, and kettle chips. The bratwurst was comparable to Johnsonville bratwurst. The service was extremely slow.
My wife and I have been visiting Rohrbach Brewpub for several years now and this has to be one of my favorite places eat! The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly and the restrooms are clean. They brew some of the best Porters and Stouts ANYWHERE, all of the ales and lagers were very good as well. We were just there this weekend and we brought some friends who had never been here before....they loved it! I highly recomend it!
