Roger's Coney Island Hot Dogs

We used to love Rogers but going downhill. The young wait staff is more worried about their phones and fixing their hair then handing out plates. Not cleaning tables (Not busy at all) dishwasher walking out with pants down past the ass. Presentation needs to be fixed. It’s also not a bad thing to write down the customers orders so you don’t have to ask 2 or 3 times after the correct order. Kitchen is still fire though 👌🏻

Ever since the reopening I’ve been trying to go every Tuesday to get breakfast before work. 2nd time coming back and won’t be my last, especially being so close and convenient to me as well. I never got her name (wears glasses) but she has served me both times and has shown nothing but exceptional customer service and kindness to not only me but to those in the restaurant as well. Not only that, but behind the grill too! Today I asked my eggs to be over medium and to my surprise they were made perfectly! I’ve had bad luck at other places (trust me they always come out super runny). Thank you for starting my day off with a smile!

Service was prompt,courteous, and professional. Food was prepared fresh,exactly as ordered and in a timely fashion. Left feeling very satisfied as a result of having had a delicious meal. Looking forward to the next opportunity to dine here again.

Gave this place 2 chances. First time the entire order was wrong. Called to complain (which I only do if something is really wrong) and they offered to replace my entire order another day. Went back and was just as disappointed. My husband got a tuna melt that was soaked in cole slaw and was a soggy mess. He couldn't even hold it to eat it. My buffalo chicken was undercooked and full of fat. The only thing that they got right were the waffle fries. They were delicious.

I ordered an egg and chourico sandwich and this is what I received. I called the restaurant and I was told that I ordered the sandwich incorrectly? The english muffin is saturated in oil and there’s no yoke. The women that answered the phone said she would give me new muffins and an egg but she’s not remaking the sandwich. No thank you! I usually eat breakfast at home but I decided to splurge today. Not a good idea
