Rodeway Inn & Suites Winnfield

The staff was great and accommodating. The facility is in need of repair. The elevator was not working , so the stairs was the only way to get to the second floor. In my room (203) the shower curtain rod is in need of repair. The room was clean and tidy, however stains on the seating surfaces were apparent. Other than that I had a great stay.

The lady at the front desk was asking a lot of really personal questions and then she shared my personal information with her friend. I thought that was very unprofessional although the room itself met all my expectations 👍will not stay here again

We’ve been staying here for several months now and we have not had one issue. We stay in hotels all over the country due to work and we have enjoyed this location as much or more than anywhere. The GM here( Veronica Ramirez) has been so helpful and accommodating for us and our schedule. This is the reason that we stay here.

Very friendly staff! Room was exceptionally nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels. Not a big selection for breakfast, but enough to start the day. Great value, good location.

RUN FROM THIS HOTEL!!! This used to be a decent hotel now I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. We stayed here with our granddaughters, and we were disgusted! First off, and we should have left the first night or at least complained my granddaughter was looking for the remote when she touched someones nasty panties that had been left from improperly cleanliness. The elevator has been broken this whole trip we were told it was gonna be fixed the same day we checked in and never was. The ice machine on the second floor was broken The breakfast was just as absurd refrigerated items were left out not holiding proper temperature, and a worker told us to just go inside, and get our own milks that was clearly marked staff only. This place is such a health hazard and should be shut
