Roddenbery Memorial Library

This Public Library is the best kept secret in Cairo, Georgia. A beautiful building inside and out. A special section for Teens and youth with numerous activities offered. Large selection of large print books and much more. The variety of services offered is outstanding. Very helpful and friendly staff. Many classes and events. Stop in and look around-it is truly amazing.

Love this library and the wonderful staff that are so sweet, always helpful and treat me as well as others like we're family. I told them all they need to add is a small setup with coffee that we can buy to help the library being my habit is to use the computer for a bit then I'll find a comfy chair and grab a few books I've not read to peruse them briefly to see if I want to check them out! It's my go to for peace and quiet and be in a warm safe place. Just a wonderful staff and safe haven. Thank you all who work there. You all are so helpful and like family 💞. Keep up the great works! Very nice Library, it is very well organized and it is easy to find things. The ppl are very knowledgeable about the books in the library and how to find things on their computer. I love their ability to laminate just about anything. Their children programs are amazing! They have a wheelchair ramp so you can go to the square dancing class! Great personnel, service, selections of all media. Shelves of large print books, center of community and warm, welcoming atmosphere. It offers after hour meetings, great genealogy section. Amazing summer and year-round programs.

Absolutely love this place I grew up in libraries this is by far the most beautiful neat hidden Little gem.. There's all kind of activities to do here they offer all kind of classes and they have different activities for different levels and different ages .... So in love with this library definitely should go check it out....
