Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

I wish the owner or the manager could see this post. The Ice cream is perfect and I like it. This is my second time or let me say (((( LAST)))). My problem is with the workers, because they always treat me and my family bad. We entered when is was not busy, and when it was our turn, we were called by the worker with no smile or welcoming, I personally don’t really care about how they look at me or talk to me, but when it comes to my family that’s something else, anyway we ordered a strawberry ice cream and It was good and when my turn came, she literally looked at the people after me and she asked them what do they want. For the people who say it might have been by mistake, I want to tell you that’s what I thought in the beginning but it was not. So I was waiting her to notice me, and sh

We asked the lady if they had anything vegan and she just said NO. We walked over to the ice cream side and noticed the ONE vegan ice cream (Almond Silk). The same lady came to dish it out. 🤣 It wasn’t too bad. I gotta give them credit for having one option for us.

We went for the chocolates and they tasted plastic, be prepared to pay $5 for each one and any flavor you get taste the same. Customer service was ok. We will not come back

Must be popular they were out of the chocolate covered Strawberries 🍓,but the espresso truffles sufficed It was our 25th Anniversary . We took some goodies back to the Mayors Mansion.

We were so surprised to see this chocolate company inside of Cold Stone Creamery. The candy there is excellent quality, and they have quite a few varieties to choose from. However, when you go, you have to try the champagne truffle! Grab a caramel apple on your way out too because they're wonderful.
