We tried Rocco’s Tacos for the first time and were blown away from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and we were seated immediately — always a great first impression. We started with the tableside guacamole, and wow. They prepare it fresh right in front of you in a giant cast-iron bowl, mixing in a variety of fresh ingredients for a full 10 minutes. The presentation alone is beautiful, but the flavor is even better — bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The house-made chips were next-level: warm, crispy, and seasoned with what tasted like a smoky paprika or chimichurri-style blend. I’ve honestly never had chips like that before. Absolutely addictive. To drink, I had the strawberry basil margarita (top shelf) — smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Later I o
We are finally glad to have found a great Mexican spot in Huntington! We started with the tableside guacamole, which was a definite highlight. For drinks, we ordered a bottle of La Crema Pinot Noir; since we’re particular about serving temperatures for light reds, we appreciated the staff finding us an ice bucket. The tequila selection also looked impressive. For the mains, the quesabirria tacos were good, and while the shrimp adobo tacos were just okay, the authentic tortilla style was excellent (though mine arrived a bit cold). The rice and beans were delicious, and the kids' meals were tasty and well-portioned. We finished with churros—the chocolate sauce was authentically Mexican, though the churros themselves were a bit soggy and lacked that signature crunch. The bar was packed, but i
This place is so trendy and fun! Music is good, artwork is fun and interesting without being overwhelming and the food and drinks are all delicious! My friend had the jalepeno margarita which you could tell is made fresh and I had the lychee drink which was balanced and not too sweet. Food wise, chips and salsa are fire with a nice dusting of spices on the chips. Tacos are delicious, sides are delicious, and the service was provided by Ricardo, who was attentive, friendly and professional. Caden the manager checked in on us throughout the night to see that everything was up to par. Exceeded our expectations and highly recommend this place.
We had an amazing experience at Rocco’s Tacos in Huntington! Our waitress, Ally was fantastic, fun and super attentive and full of great recommendations. We started with the guacamole and ceviche, both of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Ally suggested the black cherry margarita, and it’s now one of my favorites. I ordered the smash burger tacos and wow, they were so flavorful and absolutely delicious. My husband had the skirt steak platter with rice and beans and didn’t leave a single bite. The kids also enjoyed their meals, especially the kids burrito and chicken fingers. I grew up going to Rocco’s Tacos in Boca, so having one open in Huntington truly brings a little piece of home closer to me. We’re so happy this location opened on Long Island and can’t wait to come back!
Rocco’s is top shelf! The place is beautifully decorated and the vibe with the background music is so chill, but full of energy. Came tonight with my family and the dinner was amazing. We waited just under 15 minutes for a party of 6 at peak time around 6 o’clock and by the time we went and grabbed drinks at the bar, our table was ready. We ordered multiple apps - the wings, Ceviche, flauta’s and the guacamole, which is made table side. The ingredients were so fresh and everything was so tasty and flavorful. From the mojito’s to the margaritas and the ice cold Modelo’s on tap, the drinks are delish! And have to give props to our waitress Gabby. She was awesome! So friendly and very attentive! As busy as the place was, she was on top of everything at our table and truly made our experience
