Rocco's Pizza South Springfield

I’m sad to write this, but Rocco’s has let themselves go. We ordered delivery through their website two and a half hours ago. When we called the store concerned that our delivery tracker has continuously pushed back the time for arrival by 20 minutes for the last hour and a half, again we ordered 2.5 hours ago, the teenager they have on the phones knew absolutely nothing about where our order was or why it has taken so long, and did not offer to look into it, fetch a manager, or offer a resolution- being nice doesn’t replace the $50 plus delivery fees we have just lost, or the dinner we now have to still find elsewhere at 8:45pm. And since it is confusing, yes- Rocco’s is no longer in charge of their own deliveries, they have “outsourced it to a website” and they have no idea who the drive

Tasty and fresh! Definitely worth stopping in for a meal! Nice little restaurant with plenty of seating.

Great pasta! The food was delicious and the service was great. We had the garlic knots as an appetizer. The knots have a crusty garlicky exterior with a warm soft interior. They were great. The salad was good and they have a nice selection of dressing. I had the baked penne Palermo and they added mushrooms for me. It was wonderful. I love the fact that they let me add mushrooms. Again good food good service.

I ordered a meat lovers calzone, which was fairly good though anybody who’s tried Ozarks Pizza and bread Company will quickly change a five star rating to a three. The pizza was New York style and pretty true to that style so if you’re after that, highly recommend.

Good food, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service. Our server Abigail was very sweet and attentive to our needs. The smell of fresh bread cooking lingered throughout the restaurant, making our mouths water! The food didn’t disappoint!
