Called in placed an order for 12 dozen hot wings with ranch on the side, NO RANCH. But you charged for ranch? wings aren’t really tossed in the sauce, just sitting in it. the Italian sub, bread is burnt and no mayo as it comes and no extra mayo as requested, told me sometimes when the oven reaches a certain temperature it can happen… cold sub?! when asked for the lady’s name “she said my name is Rocco’s pizza” wouldn’t give us her name for her poor customer service. Told me to maybe learn how to cook myself, and then hung up. Poor customer service, a smart ass also! especially when I spent almost $70 on this order. I've been eating at Roccos for many years, and have always liked the food there. There wings are geat, not expensive. And there Cheesesteak is my usual go to. Keep it up Rocco. 👍

Ive been here several times, every time i order a pizza within an hour of eating it im running to the bathroom. I dont have this problem with their subs or pizza from any other pizza place ive been, so im not sure whats wrong with the pizza but be warned as ive watched it do the same to others.
