Rocbody Fitness Cafe - New Rochelle

Staff member openly coughed multiple times over the food prep station, then wiped his nose with his hand. I complained that I was concerned about his unsanitary and unprofessional behavior as I was waiting for my food, and asked to speak to the manager. He then claimed he was the manager, told me to leave, and threatened to call the police. Note that a quick search online with NYS Health Department for Rocbody shows multiple food violations, including: " Wiping cloths dirty, not stored properly in sanitizing solutions; Non food contact surfaces of equipment not clean; Floors, walls, ceilings, not smooth, properly constructed, in disrepair, dirty surfaces; Lighting and ventilation inadequate, fixtures not shielded, dirty ventilation hoods, ductwork, filters, exhaust fans". I will never supp

I'm in the Bronx ans love the BX location. It was my go to for food. I'm heartbroken that it closed. Ordering from this location in all honesty sucks. Orders literally take 1.5-2 hours for deliveries and half the time arrive cold and I'm like 15 minutes drive away. I've had Google eats refund me a good 8 times already. Other than that when the food does arrive hot it's very good

Healthy food alternatives here which is awesome but the food like other reviewers have stated is very bland.

honestly was super disappointed. It’s always nice to have a macro friendly option that is on the faster side. The options are endless which I appreciated. I was told 15 minutes and waited 30 which was fine but was disappointed when I realized my food was sitting there and the girl just didn’t notify me it was ready. Overall quality of food was disappointing. The chicken was rubbery and the potatos they use are like the same ones you get at the diner. Like many others stated, there was a lack of seasoning. The texture of the chicken threw me off. For the price it’s just not worth it. But if you’re on prep or need something fast and macro friendly it’s edible. You’re much better off hitting one of the other meal prep places near by.
