For the amount of money they charge you would think they have some kind of professional courtesy to help out their customers, but they do not. I had a very bad experience where they shut off the water to the house because I didn’t sign a notice. They did a poor job in communication and when I asked for management, they kept delaying. I’m very disappointed at how they handled a simple issue.
Fine people. Terrible systems. Billing stops for no reason.
