Roadrunner Cafe

Our experience at Roadrunner Cafe was a little mixed. The staff was very friendly and kind, which we definitely appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the dishes we ordered didn’t really match the cost. Out of the five plates at our table, two came out incorrect. They did take them back to fix them, but it ended up taking longer to get the corrected dishes the second time than it did the first time — and the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. The service staff themselves were very nice, but overall the food and timing just didn’t quite live up to the price.

We loved the atmosphere. The food was decent. The pickle chips were good. The sweet tea, absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes and gravy were 😋. I had the buffalo chicken wrap (minus tomatoes), the chicken pieces were quite large. My husband had the big bacon burger, he enjoyed it - they did not ask how he wanted it cooked so if that's important to you you'll want to be sure to mention it when ordering. We both thought the fries were pretty good too. The meal was very filling. Last but not least, Stephanie was a fantastic server with her beauty, kindness, personality, and efficiency.

I’ve been here about 5 or 6 times now (2 times were to-go). Every time I come here, no matter who my server is, I’m always given the best service I could ask for. You seat yourself and there is a pretty diverse menu of items to choose from. I’ve tried the sampler appetizer, the sirloin, the Philly cheesesteak, the hamburger steak and the BLT. Everything is always delicious and I cannot express enough how much myself and my family appreciate the prices in this economy! I can get a steak dinner for under $20 (before tax+tip) and you can’t get two McDonald’s meals for that. I am so glad I stopped by the first time, they have a customer for life now.

Been here for lunch and dinner many times. This is a bar restaurant, family friendly with excellent food. Prices are very reasonable. We have ordered almost everything on the menu over many trips here. I am in love with the road burger with ghost pepper cheese. My daughter most recently ordered the ribeye steak and let me tell you, this was one of the most well cooked and flavorful steaks I have ever tasted! I have ate at some of the most elite restaurants all over the CSRA and this steak tastes amazing! Don't sleep on this little place! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Driving around looking for a place to eat and we stumbled into this roadside cafe. We were a little skeptical upon walking in since it seemed as though everybody knew each other. Being from California, we were the outsiders.A guest sitting at the bar let us know that we could find a table that we like and seat ourselves. That was nice since we didn't really know if we had to wait to be seated. The waiter, Dylan, came over and was very friendly and polite. We ordered our food and didn't even have to wait too long for it.to be ready. The place was pretty crowded, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves amongst all the other guests. The food was delicious. We will definitely be going back before we head back home to California.
