RJ's Family Restaurant

Very clean and delicious place. We stopped by on our way through for their breakfast buffet. It was so good. They had really good bacon and one of the best eggs Benedict I have had. Their cinnamon rolls, brownies, and muffins are all homemade. All of their baked goodies are homemade. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stop again

The Crepes Florentine with crispy hash browns was delicious. The hollandaise sauce was full of flavor. We actually stopped for a cinnamon roll, it was ok, but the crepes made it worth the trip.

The food was really good. We had breakfast. The french toast was excellent, and the fried potatoes (I asked for cubed, like home fry type taters and was pleasantly surprised they offered them as well as shredded hasbrowns) were very good. The service was good. The only thing about RJs that I have an issue with (this was my 2nd visit) is how close the tables are together it feels kind of cramped. It isn't a very big place. I am guesing it's a local hot spot though, and I guess the regulars pack in and feel comfy in there so I get it. This visit the music was kind of loud, it made conversation with my girls a bit difficult. I should have asked if it could be turned down a bit I suppose. Overall RJs is a pretty good place to get some good food.

After our early morning hike at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, we were in search of a good breakfast spot and decided to try this place based on its positive reviews on Google and Yelp. It’s only an 8-minute drive from the park. The restaurant offers a great selection for breakfast. It’s spacious, has a pleasant ambiance, and we were seated right away without any wait. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was impressively quick for such a large venue. We ordered the French toast with two eggs and sausage, as well as the breakfast skillet with two eggs and biscuits. Both dishes were delicious, and I especially loved the French toast—absolutely fantastic! The prices are reasonable, and there’s plenty of parking available in front.

GREAT service. Very friendly. Feels family owned. Food was PERFECT. I usually get eggs over medium and lots of places make them to slimy. My eggs were PERFECT. My hash browns were crispy just the way I asked. 12/10
