Riviera Maya

We were looking for a Mexican restaurant after spending an overnight stay at Great Wolf Lodge. This place did not disappoint. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and affordable, and the restaurant ambience was clean and welcoming. Would come back again if in area.

This was just a 5 star dining experience from the time we walked in (they were packed! Parking lot full). Every one from the hostess, to the servers to the kitchen staff was on point, efficient and professional. The food was exceptional and our waitress went above and beyond. With as packed as they were, no one was frazzled and the restaurant was running smoothly. When we received the bill, my husband said this is the first time in a long time that we actually got our money’s worth with the quality and quantity of food as well as the service. The staff worked amazingly well together. It was pleasure to be their customer.

Such wonderful service, always. Food is always quickly served, we enjoy coming here/picking up meals, knowing it's always going to be great. Our waiter this past time was super nice and attentive. Food is always delicious, everything we get is a hit. We went with a light lunch this time and both had burrito bowls, one chicken one pork. Margaritas are also a hit! There chips and salsa are delicious, always fresh chips and the salsa is both delish and refreshing. Kids options are great, mine loves the taco option and the quesadilla. The fried burrito and rice is a Monday special, and is a great delish deal.

Riviera Maya was a really great place to dine. I loved the decor and the food and service was great. I rode there with my motorcycle family for lunch. Our waiter was really friendly and as I stated, the food was VERY, VERY good. I would've loved to post my video on their social media page but the don't have one 😔 If you're in the area and in the mood for some good Mexican food, Riviera Maya is the place to visit! I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the fajitas. Unfortunately, the meat was very dry and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. However, the host and waitress were both wonderful and provided great service. Despite the good hospitality, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
