Riverside Cafe

I had original grilled chicken sandwich. The Kaiser roll was huge. I ate it like open faced chicken sandwich because I can’t or won’t eat that much bread. The chicken had a good taste just a bit dried to my taste. My husband had grilled mahi sandwich. For $25 fish sandwich we got very little fries with it. Fries won’t hurting that much cost of business if we can get a bit more than a small hands portions. But anyway that was our own experienced. Otherwise everything was good.

I have not been to this restaurant personally, but I am reviewing on behalf of many who have. So while I cannot personally attest to the food, I can only recognize the compassion and integrity Of the ones who run it. To reunite as many pets as they have with their humans, this restaurant deserves five stars. I will be visiting the next time I am in NJ.

The best smash burger I ever had. It was called the riverside but I’m sure they are all the choices fantastic. It’s rare to dine at a restaurant that has an amazing water view and excellent food . And the family who runs the business make you feel welcomed and special Thank you! You are a wonderful part of the shore experience

I’ve never had breakfast at the Riverside Cafe - my boyfriend and I have had lunch there often but he spotted a menu item he knew I’d like. He’s a pork roll guy, but knew the California Egg- Mike- named after the owner- was right up My alley. It was a work of art- a large, toasted English muffin topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, perfect sliced avocado, a ripe slice of summer tomato and American cheese. It was the kind of breakfast I’d been looking for. My boyfriend had large buttermilk pancakes with juicy blueberries. The location is wonderful- we sat under a palm tree and watched the boats go by on the inlet. The service is quick and friendly, thanks to the owners of an establishment that has been in Manasquan for almost 60 years. Another Riverside meal that I’ll happily be back for!

Super pet-friendly, pup-cup for my baby, waterfront tables, good menu selection, gluten free bread/grilled chicken sandwich, delicious ice cream, service with a smile! Nearby dog beach Fisherman's Cove as well!
