Riverfront Cottage

Wow! Cannot speak highly enough of Kristin and the team's hospitality during 2 different stays in our 7-week home remodel-forced exile. The cottage felt as close to home as we had any reason to expect. The peaceful river setting and beautiful view were a bonus. Kristin's warm and creative personality are in abundance throughout, from her music collection and memorabilia to her amusing (and helpful!) labels. She was immediately responsive to our every query, and went above and beyond when we learned our pooch attempted a jailbreak while we were away at lunch. We can't wait to make a return staycation visit when our lives are back to normal. 5++++ stars for Kristin, Beethoven, and Etta James! The cottage is magical and exactly what we needed! Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood it is a serene getaway with everything you need to get away from it all. Kristin provided us with all the water toys we needed to spend a day on the river and even made sure they were gently cleared of spiders for my friend. She even loaned us a cooler for the board. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable. The warmth and care that Kristin brought really put our experience over the top to a beautiful vacation.
