For the past year I have periodically visited the Riverdale Public Library. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL WITH ANY ASSISTANCE I NEED. I TRULY APPRECIATE THEM.
Jasmine work very diligently and she was very nice and courteous, and she really helped me when I was having trouble with my file uploading properly. I had issues at home, which is why I had to come here to get my files printed. She was able to figure out the problem and help me print it out. We need more workers like Jasmine. She really made my day easier.
The staff isn’t great. Was a pretty lousy experience being there, no one does anything about the kids running around all over the place and leaving the place a mess, and the supervisor there isn’t great with conflict.Wouldn’t recommend anybody returning unless you like mental illness.
The young lady at the front desk is amazing. She told me her name before but, I failed to recall it. Thank you so much for your help.
It's always peaceful and clean whenever I go here.The staff is very helpful and I recommend this library to everyone of all ages
