River & Range Catering

Wow! Margot from River and Range made our wedding DELICIOUS! We had a buffet at an outdoor ranch-style wedding and the food did not disappoint. All the guests raved about it and said they had multiple helpings. The brisket was the most talked about item but everything was great. We had lots of guests with different allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian) and they all said how there were so many options for them. They also did my rehearsal lunch at Pangea and the sandwiches were perfect and the salads delicious. Thank you so much!!!

River and Range is amazing! Margot and her team catered a 90 person event for us and rocked it! The food was fantastic and the bar service was excellent. We look forward to working with them again and cannot recommend their services enough! 5 Stars!!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with River and Range Catering. They made all the difference in the celebration of our mother’s life. From our first encounter with Margot until the very end of the event, everything went smoothly. She helped us design a great menu, and advised us on how to manage a seven-hour event. On the big day, Margot arrived with appetizers and two amazing bartenders, promptly and prepared, then midway through the event went to fetch the delicious dinner and more ice. Margot kept an eye on every detail, and her team was professional and gracious. We felt supported in every way. She was extremely communicative from start to finish. I have had the pleasure of working with Margot and the R & R team 2 times in the past 3 months. I will start with the planning and service experience. I could not have asked for more or anything different from Margot. She is knowledgeable and an absolutely fantastic human. Prompt and thorough communication from start to finish. The service team at both events were professional, efficient and courteous. The food: Spot on. Perfect flavors, preparation and execution. Chef was very open to meal discussions and suggestions. The desserts, prepared by Chef Sophia, were a HUGE hit! We had 6 mini options and they were all delicious. Guests still mention the desserts, especially the Opera Cake. I highly recommend River & Range Catering. I am looking forward to working with this team again soon!

River and Range Catering provided catering services for my mother's Celebration of Life, which was held at the Florence Building in Missoula. The communication with Margot in advance of the event was excellent. I felt that the prices were very reasonable and they made some custom adjustments to the menu for us. The team was very familiar with the space and made it seamless for us. They were on-time and very professional, making certain that the food and drink were kept replenished and appetizing. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and provided take-away containers for us for the remaining items. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish they were located in my home town!
