River House Bed and Breakfast

We ended our honeymoon at this amazing bed and breakfast. When we booked our room we shared with Chris and Larry that it was the last night of our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to spoil us and make it something we will remember forever! They made us feel like family and were truly wonderful hosts. Their house was perfect, our room was perfect and the food was AMAZING!!!! You definitely will not leave hungry. It is located right on the river and we are so excited to come back when it is warmer and nicer weather so we can enjoy even more of what their place has to offer. Everyone needs to stay here!!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the River House B&B for 4 days this past week. Chris and Larry spoiled us the entire time we were there! Amazing breakfasts in the morning, breakfast on the porch with bird watching, hiking straight from the house, and hammock and star gazing in the evening. They also set us up for a lovely canoe ride down the river and we got in some pup love with their dogs Izzy and Jessy. We could not have asked for a more relaxing time and left feeling like we'd spent a relaxing time with family. I cannot recommend their B&B enough and we are already looking forward to the next time we can visit.

We decided to stay here for the weekend while searching for a hotel or B&B and I am so glad we did! The decor is beautiful but the view of the river and the sound of the river steal the show. We also found that the property is on the bicentennial trail! We love hiking and biking! Chris and Larry are the most friendly and generous hosts. You can not beat their home cooking, healthy and delicious meals! Chris even packed us cookies, pies, fruits, towels and etc. for our long driving trip home! I am so glad we find this jewel in Spokane!

The couple running the B&B is very accommodating. Their dogs are very friendly and my daughter enjoyed playing with them. The bed is very comfortable, however their is no tv in the room, which is unfortunate. Their wifi was also down that evening, so we couldn't watch anything on our devices either. I asked for eggs in the morning and while last time the breakfast was more than we could eat, I was very disappointed to find that what she made was frittatas and I didn't like them (my daughter did however). She did pack up all of the fruit for us, which was nice.

This is, by far, the best bed and breakfast I’ve been to! Chris and Larry make you feel so welcome. The room’s are so cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, they really cook up a fantastic meal. They are such great people! We are for sure going back to stay!
