River Bottoms Brewing Company

Visited the small town of Carrolton, specifically to dine at River Bottoms Brewing Company. We started off with chips n salsa. I know...strange appetizer for a brewery, but they were delicious. Next, we ate their large pretzel with the German stone-ground mustard. I highly recommend this dish. Then, we moved on to their meatballs. We tried the red and white sauces; both homemade. We should have stopped there, but we needed to try their pizza. We ordered the Aloha 14" pizza. Very good blend of ingredients and the honey garlic sauce raises it a level. Bill was our server and we found out he used to live in our area of Missouri in his younger days. I read about this brewery in August 2020; so glad they survived that year and are still around! This place is lit! They have an excellent selection of pizza and EVERYTHING is made in house. The salad was fresh, the pizza was amazing, and the crust of the pizza was incredible tasting. I would give 6 stars if possible. Service was very helpful and the place was spotless.

We stopped in for dinner and the pizza during our long band day. The pizza is amazing and the service was great as well. I didn't get our server's name but she was great. Definitely recommend. We will be back for next year's band day!

This place is such a gem in the old square of Carrollton! The Supreme Pizza was wonderful. The Italian salad was good. And my Bro loved his Supreme calzone. If you’re in the nearby neighborhood of this place I highly recommend stopping in for their pizza and beer.
