Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Today we visited Rita’s Woodbridge. It is not the first time but definitely the worst experience ever. A family of 5 was leaving when we came in. They did not have any ice or custard . I said oh no why are you leaving with nothing. All they said was good luck. After standing in the lobby for several minutes waiting for help an employee finally showed up. There was 6 of us so not exactly quiet. The girl was in the phone the entire time we were trying to order. It took her so long to make the treats. We ordered 2 cements, 1 custard, 1 ice and a frozen coffee. The frozen coffee was missing the hot fudge, The 2 concrete were not mixed. The topping was on top. It was a waste of money. She was rude. We have been there before with similar experience. Not recommended as a place to go. Is there a

Yum yum yum- if you are not a sweet tooth finisher I recommend that you don't get a medium or large. A small will have just enough ice for you to be happy and satisfied. However, if you're getting a gelati you might want to get a medium because that stuff is bomb. Very soft, juicy and yummy full of flavor.

Had a great experience at Rita’s Ice with my kids! The treats were refreshing and perfect for a summer day. Special shoutout to Averi and the staff — super friendly, patient, and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back! 🍧😊

This was my first time at this location. The service was great from all three employees. They greeted us at the door and was very respectful.
