Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Great custard and italian ice. Staff is always friendly and patient. One suggestion: it would be great if the rewards app was mentioned consistently. I missed out on many rewards as it is never mentioned during check out. Since signing up, I’ve only been asked if I was a member once. I frequent Rita’s often, and I’m sure I would have earned free Rita’s quite a few times, if I had known. I’m sure there are more customers who may be interested in signing up.

We go to Williamsburg every few years from Buffalo. We went this August and went to Rita's 4 times! Whether the was a big line or just us the young staff were always happy and made us love going there. COFFEE CUSTARD???? YES PLEASE!!!!!!! :)

It is a custard based ice cream, they also have Italian ice. The kids and I had a great experience as staff were prompt, friendly, and well dressed. Cost for 3 kids cups and sundae was approx. $23. The small size were fairly big just an fyi. I give it a 4 because it just needs more sit down space. It has a few benches but only one with an umbrella. They need more umbrellas and more circular tables for a family or it will just be a takeout ice cream shop forever. My dtr did love the purple unicorn sprinkles she said most places don't have em and I said kind of like a unicorn.

I have loved this location since the new owners took over last year. They have a constant rotation of ice and custard flavors. They care about what their customers are interested in trying. They are local to the community and you can tell their staff really cares. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to stop during the summer! It's always so refreshing and perfect on a hot day. I stick to my two favorites, cherry and lemon, because they're simple but always fantastic. My husband is all about the vanilla custard and swears it’s the best he's had. The kids switch it up depending on what color they’re into that day, but they usually go for orange or blue raspberry and are always happy. Great flavors, friendly service, and a perfect cool-down treat!
