Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Natalee Is Awesome! My mom recently stopped into a Rita’s and was delighted with her a chocolate custard cone dipped in chocolate ….And while the custard itself was beyond a delicious treat, it was actually the kindness and warmth of the young lady behind the counter which prompted this review. As my mother is a senior citizen who certainly doesn’t make a habit of frequenting ice cream or frozen custard shops and although she didn’t necessarily have any expectations regarding this particular visit, Natalee, the young woman who helped her somehow managed to turn a quick treat into a warm memory. Usually the service is amazing at this place and it would be an automatic 5 stars.But today my experience was a little Di.There was 2 employees instead of one and when I walked over to pay.I realized that I was being charged for a small gelati and arge gelati. When I reminded them that I got extra custard.She added that on.I was a little confused but didn't want to be argumentative so I paid the 14 dollars for a large gelati thst didn't even have extra custard on it and I left a $5 tip because it's what I always do. May have been a mistake. May not have been a mistake but before I could hit print receipt. I didn't have the option to get a receipt because the girl behind the counter. Hit no receipt for me quicker than I could hit print receipt. I don't think it's the girls trying to make

Sophie and Natalie were very patient when we came in close to closing time. My son couldn't decide what flavor he wanted and they were so nice. The ice was great!!

Very clean in this Rita’s. I appreciate that they take care of it so well. We enjoy coming to this location!

The Meadow Creek Rita’s in Westminster is best Rita’s I’ve ever been to. I have to give credit to the staff especially! We visit just about every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon. Every visit the staff is very welcoming and kind to me and my toddler son (who can be very indecisive on his ice flavor lol) Keep being awesome guys! It’s nice to have good customer service for once !
