Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard is now open for business in Easley. It’s in a good location and the shop at the moment is walk up and order, you can also order online. Rita’s Italian Ice is a nice open space, there aren’t any tables or chair, so your order will be to go. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the vanilla and chocolate swirl custard and the peach ice and vanilla custard for my sister. My custard was creamy and delicious. On my next visit, I’ll try some thing else on the menu. Maybe tables and chairs will be added later, so people will have the option to dine in. Check out Rita’s Italian Ice and Custard a nice new addition to Easley.

We love Rita’s! Every time we have gone, we have tried something new and have enjoyed everything we’ve gotten. We were looking forward to our Rita’s tonight, but DoorDash cancelled our order. They decided to delivery it themselves so we were able to still get our Friday treat!

Added Carmel to my drink when i specifically asked them not to add flavor I asked for a refund or even just a replacement of something cheaper they refused to do it and I was just out the 8$ drink. The girl with freckles assisting was absolutely rude rolling her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. Khalia was her name absolutely rude the girl originally helping me with braces was polite but to not be able to refund an order that they added flavor to when I asked not to have any flavor added then not even be willing to fix there mistake or give me a different option of anything just basically saying oh well to where I had to have them call a manager. I wish there were 0 stars. This place is the nastiest. My kids wanted Ice cream so we decided to try Ritas. This was our first and last time ever. I found a live COCKROACH in my strawbery shortcake concrete. I waited to get home to start eating I had taken about to spoons when saw the cockroach moving its legs. I immediately had to tell my kids to stop eating since we all got same custard flavor. This was the most disgusting experience. I paid $23 plus tip only to throw everything away. We will never be going back.

We have been waiting very patiently!!! We love Rita’s, when visiting family up north it’s always our go to place for dessert or just a quick treat. We seem to always forget there’s one in Cherrydale. But this is right down the street! We had the Witches’ Brew-Berry Italian ice, and the CheeseCake frozen custard. Both were delicious. Can’t wait to go back! The place is great, spacious, and clean!
