Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Tried my first gelati, mango and vanilla. Excellent experience. Friendly service. Patient while we made our selection. Happy they're finally open.

March 3- Delicious as always! We were very happy to see that Rita’s was open already for the year! The lady that took our order was very kind, she allowed us to sample a custard too. The place was clean and tidy. We look forward to another season enjoying Rita’s!

I stopped by and ordered a large vanilla custard in a cup, but what I received was extremely underwhelming—more like a small portion, if that. I politely asked the employee if he was sure it was the correct size, and he simply said yes and moved on without a second glance. It was disappointing to pay for a large and get such a small serving with no effort to check or make it right. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this visit definitely missed the mark.

They are helpful, pleasant and efficient service. They are ready to serve you, and are really ice and informative about their products. They also have doggy ice cream available too. Very Accommodating . Thank you all for your service and Rita's for helping the younger generation with learning the importance of responsibility.

So I ordered the Oreo concrete. It's like a flurry and it's supposed to have a hot fudge core. The guy brings it over made wrong with no fudge and goes oh did you want fudge and when I said yes goes over and put a tiny squirt on top and it's supposed to be a fudge core.... Spent $7 for a cup of orea ice cream. Don't think I'll be returning.
