Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Very nice I’ve been here multiple times they have a ice cream and dog treats in the cup for dogs. Very friendly owners and staff. Accessible for all ages and size. Where many seating options are not accustomed at a lot of outdoor places but they are here! Recommend anybody come here super friendly and if you’re in West chester or any other place by a Rita’s because they have a franchise business you should come to a local Rita’s! And the water ice and custards and everything there is AMAZING!

Very rude employees! Google has the close time listed at 10:00pm, we arrived at 9:10pm to be greeted by an employee shouting we closed at 9:00. To then have them close the window abruptly. Go to any other Rita’s.

I am incredibly disappointed in my purchase tonight. I specifically asked the worker if I could get a small gelati with custard ONLY on the top. The guy acknowledged me and said “okay custard only on top” and then proceeded to give me literally 85% custard. Considering I only got a small and I specifically requested less custard, the fact that I barely had any water ice in mine made me so mad. I don’t go to Rita’s for just the custard. I need my water ice too. He was also moving so slow and barely spoke up. He might’ve been high honestly. I usually have a good experience at this Rita’s, but tonight was just awful.

I went to Rita’s today in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I went to the front windows. Nobody came to the window so I went to the side window where the girl said no you have to go to the front window. I went back to the front windows and nobody came to the front window, so I left without my ice cream

Avoid going at lunchtime, there's only ever one older lady working and she doesn't know how to make any of the items on the menu. Still gave 3 stars because the ice is good. Just don't order anything else or you'll just get the ingredients in a cup, not mixed. (This was supposed to be a blendini)
