Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Who doesn't absolutely love Rita's!?! I ordered a galati. Swedish fish and vanilla custard. So good! There was no line too, so that's a plus! Staff was super friendly. I love this Rita's!

Why did I have only one person here working at Rita’s have it extremely long line I don’t get it. There’s more than one window. There’s four and only one is open. Instead of having more time to enjoy the ice cream, we’re just simply waiting and waiting and waiting online with little kids. A few times debated just walking away not a great business model

I stopped last night 8/11/24 around 6:30. There were 2 younger men working. 1was working and the other was sitting on the freezer where the ice is stored and was getting scooped out of the same freezer. There were probably 8 people in front of me and yes only 1 was helping customers. When it was finally my time to order I asked if it was sanitary having someone sitting on the freezer right where the ice was being scooped out of and also just sitting around while customers were waiting. The one working agreed and said something to the other. Boy did I get a dirty look . I am not sure if I will go back to this location. Someone sitting on where the have product stored.

Oever time me and the wife come here it's closed .had to be open at some point we see people eating ice-cream. so how do you get service at this location. call a head

Rita's is ritas...always quality ice with good flavor. The employees were veey nice as well. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is they do not have mobile pay, I had forgot my physical card and only had my mobile wallet on my phone. It made me look like a complete jackass in front of my now girlfriend on our first date. It's 2024, mobile payments aren't a new thing and I'm just surprised I guess...
