Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I haven’t had Rita’s in years. I went with the Concrete Oreo and a cheese pretzel. The kids had cotton candy water ices. The employees were friendly and I will be back to eventually try other flavors.

I waited from 6:10-6:30pm but no one was inside. There wasn’t a sign/note that said on lunch or anything saying they were closed.

I was here on Friday July 19 around 1 pm. No one was in line so I stopped to get a water ice. No one was there the place was open . I knocked on the window with my cousin. She said I see some ones shoes in there. No one ever came to the window. There was no note saying they would be back or anything. If they stepped away they should have put a note up saying that.

Okay...I went to this spot on Saturday evening with my grandson. I mean the disrespect by one of the employees wowwwwww. We get there and the window opens the young lady just looks at us. No hi no can I help you. Nothing. I ask for the order and the young lady completely ignores my request. The cups were all dirty. I asked for lids. She rolls her eyes back and walks away to get the Lids with the nastiest attitude a person can give. I mean a paying customer getting disrespected for patronizing. It will be nice to be contacted by the owner. At that point I could not take that order and pay after that. I left the cups there and decided not to patronize. I will never again visit this location while this lady works there. Owner be worried this young lady is sabotaging your business. Thank you'

Love the water ice here. Never strayed away from water ice at Rita's. Haven't had their ice cream or mixtures of water ice and ice cream. No shakes, no pretzels. Just stuck with the water ice. Never needed more. Always a water ice selection that I haven't tried, like Swedish fish. Stick to the basics like cherry and chocolate. You'll never be dissapointed.
