Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Loved this place back in the day!!! Brother used to buy WAYY TOO MUCH 🙃 BUT WE LOVED IT!!!!! My Boy would love this town… New jersey… Radbank… Very good place… Lots of music?? Love to hear it!!! And a lovely view of that water tho!!!😂😂 Custard is 2 die 4!!!! Came by a month ago…Worker was so chill. Young boy. Maybe 15-16-17 Something like that… Would come again just to say thanks to that young man!! Good work🙂

We were excited to find out this Rita’s was willing to make us a half gallon gelato. Upon arriving, we were reassured that they would be able to fill our vacuum sealed half gallon container with five layers of gelato, we were able to polish off a quarter gallon before we got home. The real disappointment set in when we sat in bed at midnight like heathens devouring the last quarter gallon only to find we were missing one of our five layers. It put the ratio off and ruined our entire vacation. I don’t think I can ever forgive Rita’s for this type of negligence. FYI do not visit the nude beach at sandy hook

I ordered from Uber eats. They were out of the flavors we had requested but they had called me and fixed all the issues! For some reason Uber eats canceled the order, I called and spoke to the manager and she had no knowledge of the cancellation. She had my order still sitting ready to go! I picked it up and they were so sweet! So apologetic for something completely out of their control! She made sure I understood the price differences and I was perfectly fine with paying whatever the price was! (Huge Rita’s fan) I will absolutely make this my go to Rita’s spot! A great work environment starts with the higher ups! A perfect example was set tonight for her employees! Extremely happy with everything!!

Haven't had Rita treat in forever. My sophomore class ran a fundraiser there and I treated myself! What a delight. I had the vanilla and chocolate twist in a cup. So good I went back the next week to get more.

Visited on Mon 17 July 2023 in the afternoon. Chris and Keyleigh were very friendly and knowledgeable, hooked us up with some delicious albeit heart-stopping sweets. Was a nice trip to Rita's [my third ever in life]. Linda Chadwick, if you're reading this: promote those two immediately.
