Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

They are a wonderful place to order from, very friendly and always fresh products! I got an ice cream sandwich a few days ago and it was amazing. The cookies are so fresh! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. Love coming here for a gelato! Absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place except I am sad whenever it closes in the winter.

It's always been fun, til today. I brought my wife, she ordered a waffle cone with twist and chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream. Hers was the Mount Rushmore of waffle cone custard. Then mine showed up, it was dreary looking. I know people turn mole hills into mountains, but that didn't happen in this instance.

We picked up coolers of Italian Ice for my son’s graduation party. Tim was very responsive with emails providing options and pricing. Compared to other cold treats we could get, this was the most cost effective for our crowd. On an 88 degree day, the ice was a big hit! I could not have asked for a better experience and the ice, of course, was amazing! Thank you Tim and staff at Rita’s in White Oak!

The assistant Manager Carrie was extremely nice. She accommodated me wanting a smaller size custard for my toddler and even added sprinkles. We always look forward to coming to Rita’s, we come all the way from Swissvale because this is the best Rita’s !!
