Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The worst ever. The employees didn’t even give my family and i a chance to even look at the menu before jumping down our throats and staring at us impatiently. If that wasn’t bad enough, the quality of the cherry water ice is atrocious. I advise you to talk with anyone who worked the night of august 10th and teach them basic service etiquette. (chunks of ice in the cherry!)

I don't go often, but last night was the most lovely experience with the two girls behind the counter. Their smile was infectious and their kindness, knowledge, and assistance was so refreshing. The treats we had were delicious

The service was amazing and they were patient when I was ordering. The water ice was delicious I’ll be coming back with my kids next time.

This Rita’s was the best! The ice cream was very good and the gummy bears were so good - Kids. They even gave gummy bears for free when they decided they wanted them. Would really recommend!
