Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Each time I’ve come here with a big order for my co workers and I, every staff member is helpful, patient, and incredibly fast! I’ve come to order for all of us 3-4 times now and no matter which employee is there our order is perfect and made with a smile. We love this location and will be returning numerous times throughout the summer. Thanks for excellent service :)

Their Gelati’s are good they have a amazing soft serve and average Italian ice however what makes me give Rita’s 3 stars is their prices 6+ dollars for a Gelati it might be good but it is not that good. So because of this I would much rather stop at a typical family owned snowball shop.

It's Rita's, same custard and ice as any of their locations. For flavored water, it is pricey, but it's good. Parking here is bad. There are only a few spots back behind the building. A lot of people park next door in the DD lot. There is no seating at this location either. You'll often see families and sports teams sitting on the little grass area or an the curb of the dental office. This store is usually busy, expect to stand in line for awhile. Counters get very messy and sticky too, so watch what you lay on them. Like most Rita's, when you order, make sure you tell them if you want a lid. Don't forget to give them your loyalty # to earn free stuff!

I went to this location around 4pm on a Saturday. Service was horrible. A young lady came to the window and just stood there, no greetings. I then placed my order for a gelati. The ice cream was spoiled and had a funny taste. My stomach is still doing turns from that spoiled ice cream.
