Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

We had an amazing experience at this location! My mom and I have to limit our sugar intake due to dietary restrictions and they didn’t have any sugar free options listed on the menu today. We asked if they possibly had any available today but unfortunately they didn’t. So instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch just for us! The staff was very friendly and they got it out to us in a timely manner, although we didn’t mind having to wait. The manager even brought our order out to our car! We will definitely keep coming back to this location! We love Rita’s due to their sugar free accommodations! And we whole heartedly appreciate them mixing up a batch for us! Thank you for being so wonderful, you went above and beyond

Just left Rita’s and I am very disappointed. Ordered a large Sunday and the container was half empty. See attached photo. Most of the top is whip cream and even that is not much. They have really declined. Higher prices and smaller amounts. A lot smaller. I commented about getting a “half full large” and lady responded with it 4 swirls. This was maybe 3 but small tight swirls that didn’t fill container. I will not be returning and recommend people avoid this rip off.

Amazing little place! Although I've been a customer of this business in other states, I was pleased to see this one has a drive-thru in addition to the walk-up windows. Easy entry and exit to parking lot from roadway. Premises appears to be very clean. While these are not designed for customers to enter the building, there are four (4) outdoor tables to the side of the building should you opt to sit outside and enjoy your purchase. I ordered the Gelati (mixture of frozen flavored Italian Ice and frozen flavored Custard) with Wild Black Cherry Italian Ice & Cheesecake Custard. If you like Black Cherry flavor, then this is something that you should put on your 'must try' list. Even has small pieces of Black Cherries mixed into the Italian Ice. Maple Pecan is a great flavor and this place has more flavors that I need to try. Also, I had never tried the custard sandwich cookies and I tried the Oreo and the chocolate chip and they were both delicious. Two thumbs up!

I have had issues with this Rita’s the last few times I went or attempted to go. They never have the cream ice, which I love! Sometimes it’s just the boring basic flavors…sometimes when Rita’s sends me an email of the flavor line up it is totally different when I get there or a lot has been sold out. 😔 yesterday I went to the drive thru in hopes of a good flavor or something promising but nothing to my interest..so we left and went to another place for dessert. The one night I went through the drivethru and none of what was on the menu board is what they had. I ended up with a flavor I didn’t like. I barely ate a quarter of it. Please make the cream ices! And get more flavors of ice! While I appreciate all the custard flavors you offer, I would appreciate more flavors of ice being that it
