Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Was really not trying to be that person but why would you have sugar free flavor on the menu if not available. Very disappointed and the wait for it would’ve been 10 minutes. I understand it may not be popular but next time dont be so quick to charge me without being aware that you are out and then have a no refund policy.

Gone here before, but today the 1st young ladies had NO professional customer service skills. Gave us a dry “hello” and as I was ordering she kept rolling her eyes and looked impatient. The 2nd young lady came to ring up my order and charged me for a Sundae instead of a small custard and I didn’t realize until I went to my car. I went back into the store and was approached by the first young lady who scooped the ice cream she just rolled her eyes yet again. She proceeded to tell the second young lady “she said you charged her for a Sundae and not a custard” and walked back over to me and asked “you want an additional topping”. I told her “no, not really” and she walked back to the second young lady. The second young lady yelled out “well you know what I can just cash app you the extra doll

WHY is there chunks in your vanilla custard???! SMH can’t enjoy my gelati without finding chewy pieces.. I don’t even know if it’s custard
