Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Pretty new location near Waterford lakes between gators dockside and sprouts market. My family got 3 different types of desert (gelati, Italian ice, and frozen custard) and thoroughly enjoyed them all. We hope to go back soon to try some new flavors and the shakes and 'concrete'. Staff was friendly and efficient and store was clean. Small indoor and outdoor seats available.

The young ladies attending were very friendly and eager to assist. Their customer service was prompt and attentive. There is an allergen handout that was very helpful to see which products may contain gluten. Make sure to mention your allergies, and they will guide you to which you may have. There are plenty of samples to try, and when you do, you get a tiny spoonful and a tiny cup. Very clean and plenty of seating available. Overall, I am satisfied and will be returning

Went here for the soft opening. Staff was incredibly kind and didn’t rush us even though it took forever for us to decide on what we wanted. This was my first time at a Rita’s and the custard is completely different than any I’ve had before in a very good way. My kids loved the mango flavored ice. This is a great and refreshing addition to Waterford lakes.

Fantastic! This place just opened and I can already tell it will give Culver's a fight. Italian ice and frozen custard meet in this delicious rendition of a cold, sweet treat. They have the usual vanilla and chocolate custard, as well as Banana and Strawberry! Will definitely return.

Went there yesterday 12/16 At 2:50 pm. The young Lady who served me was really nice until she saw i didn’t tip upon payment. After I paid she acted cold. I got two large gelati and she did not give me enough custard. I thanked her and got no reply.
