Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The Nazareth Rita’s location is nearby and very easy to get into. Staff is always very friendly and are great. Always a must do when it starts to get warm.

My family and I went to Ritas last night (8/22) and ordered 2 small cones and 2 large cones. What we got were 4 small cones, but charged for 2 small and 2 large. The young girl working the counter, with a "Trainee" sticker on her badge thought nothing of it, didn't even respond when I said these are all the same size. Seems like more training, and more oversight of the staff is in order.

Terrible service. I just got mine, at 9:35pm from the Nazareth location and I stood outside the window with a kid sitting on his phone for 5 minutes, he looks up for 20 seconds all around but fails to looo in the only direction I’m standing at. Not only was he on his phone but he also got my order wrong, did not get the flavor I wanted. There’s a reason why there’s a rule indicating no phone usage while on the clock for ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!! If I had sat there like that on my phone while working front register at McDonalds when I worked there, its grounds for immediate termination. Always be vigilant of customers cuz u can’t pay attention while on the phone. I’m 24 years old and I even know this rule. No longer Rita's. Actually a nice BBQ spot. Sauces were good. However the ribs I had, needed a little more tenderness.

Mango, watermelon & strawberry ice blended with vanilla custard! Sooooo gooood.
