Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I’m sorry but this Rita’s is dispicable. I got a Concrete and it was given to me thru the window half full, and that is even the biggest issue. The second and bigger issue is the consistency was milk. A concrete is suppose to be stiff and cold and not able to suck thru a straw. This was atrocious. It tasted like only flavoring and it wasn’t blended obviously to the consistency. How hard is it to work at Rita’s ? Really? How hard is it to follow the recipe you were given ? There is no excuse for 8 dollars. Never again. This was the last time they give me trash. It’s happen to many times

I love going to Rita's this one especially because it's generally quiet and very dedicated to getting your order to you quickly, smooth, and pleasurable so this Rita's gets an A+ from me. Oh an Swedish Fish water ice is my all-time fav!!

I wasn't happy with my order since I couldn’t taste the icee flavor mixed with ice cream and asked if I could have something else. So I kindly asked for something else then Some girl in charge told me that I needed to pay for the new request so I refused because thats customer service 101 then she proceeded with an attitude and shut the window in my face. Generation these days have no respect.

The place is very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered a custard with peach cream flavored water ice. The flavor was so good, the size was more than what I expected. My son got a large swirl custard. He was so happy because he got more than what he thought he would. We came on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded.
