Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Flavors are tasty but costumer service is awful. My orders were all wrong because the attendee couldn’t bother to take off his AirPods. I would recommend some costumer service training

Great ice cream! Ice cream or gelottis are Great! Staff is friendly although I had a problem paying (see pic) as they didn't accept 20$ bills... recommend!

Not sure if this place has changed owners recently, but they used to be really nice and we never had a problem. We’ve gone here for 20 years. We went for the first time this summer and the woman got the order wrong 3 times. We asked for a twist in a cone and apparently that was hard. Then when she finally got it right it was the tiniest little bit of ice cream. We said that seems a little small, and she said she put too much in. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but I will go to Hillsborough or Somerville instead. Never had an issue there.

This Rita’s location is within minutes of my home . Unfortunately, it is EXTREMELY dirty , and you can smell the rancid smell as soon as you get to the order window. I don’t know how the health department allows them to remain open and operate . Also , there prices are extremely extremely high , three items are close to , or over $20. There is another Rita’s not that much further ( located in Warren ) , that offers a spotless environment and reasonable prices !! I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else !!

Ordered ice cream in a cone and got ice cream in a plastic cup. When I pointed this out to the lady, she just said I had ordered it in a plastic cup. Which was not the case and I drew your attention to that. She just said, I can put a cone on top. But that wasn't what I ordered. I ordered an ice cream in cone. After that I didn't feel like the ice cream in the plastic cup anymore. She didn't even bother for change or clear the situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!
